Adore Rewards (Beauty Bank vouchers and Birthday/Anniversary rewards) are valid for a limited time depending on your membership level.
Reward expiry by level
Your rewards expiry period depends on your current Adore Rewards level:
- Level 1: 14 days
- Level 2: 30 days
- Level 3: 60 days
When does the expiry period start?
Your reward validity period starts from the date the reward is added to your Adore Rewards account.
How will I know when my reward is available?
Once your reward is earned and added to your account, you will receive an email notification confirming the reward has been issued. This email will also include how long the reward is valid for, so you can make sure to use it before it expires.
You can also view all reward details, including expiry dates, in your My Rewards & Activity section.
Important information
- Expiry timeframes are based on your Adore Rewards level at the time the reward is issued
- Expired rewards cannot be reinstated or reused
- Rewards must be used before the expiry date shown in your account
- Some exclusions and conditions may apply
