If the delivery driver determines there isn't a safe place to leave your parcel, it won't be left unattended.
Instead, the driver will follow the delivery carrier's process to ensure your parcel can be collected or delivered safely.
What happens next?
Depending on the delivery carrier, your parcel may be:
- Taken to a nearby Hubbed Collection Point, depot, or post shop for collection
- Returned to the sender if it cannot be successfully delivered after multiple delivery attempts or isn't collected within the required timeframe
The action taken will depend on the carrier's delivery process.
How will I know?
Your tracking information will be updated with the latest delivery status and any instructions provided by the carrier.
This may include:
- Awaiting collection
- Delivery attempted
- Return to sender
If your parcel has been redirected to a Collection Point or depot, your tracking will advise where it can be collected.
What should I do?
Keep an eye on your tracking updates and follow any collection or delivery instructions provided by the carrier.
If you're unable to collect your parcel or have questions about your delivery, please contact our Customer Service team before the parcel is returned to us.
