Yes — you can leave delivery instructions when placing your order at checkout.
In some cases, you may also be able to add delivery notes directly through your live tracking link, depending on the delivery carrier.
How to add delivery instructions
You can provide delivery instructions in two ways:
At checkout
When placing your order on our website, you can add delivery instructions such as:
- Safe place preferences (e.g. behind gate, porch, side access)
- Access notes for apartments or secure buildings
- Business or reception delivery details
Via your tracking link (selected carriers)
Some carriers, such as GoPeople, may allow you to add or update delivery instructions through their live tracking page once your order is on its way.
Will the driver follow my instructions?
We always pass delivery instructions on to our carriers and drivers.
However, delivery instructions are not guaranteed to be followed exactly if:
- The requested location is not considered safe
- There is no access to the property
- Building or security restrictions prevent delivery
Drivers will always prioritise safe and secure delivery of your parcel.
