Track your order from your account (logged in customers)
If you created an account and checked out while logged in, you can track your order anytime via your account.
Go to My Account > Orders and select the relevant order to view its status.
- If your order has shipped, you’ll see a Track button that links directly to the carrier’s tracking page.
- If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, tracking will not be available.
Track your order from your shipping confirmation email
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with the subject line:
“Order #[order number] has shipped”
This email includes a Track your order button which will take you directly to your tracking information.
From there, you’ll be able to view updates via the carrier’s tracking portal.
Guest checkout orders
If you checked out as a guest, you won’t have access to an account order history.
Instead, you can track your order using your shipping confirmation email.
If you haven’t received it yet:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Ensure the correct email address was used at checkout
- Your order may still be processing
Tracking updates from the delivery carrier
Once your order has shipped, the delivery carrier may also send you:
- An email, and/or
- An SMS
These will include a live tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.
When will tracking become available?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.
During sale periods or peak events, dispatch may take slightly longer.
Tracking becomes available only once your order has left our warehouse.
