Once your order has been placed, there are three stages to delivery:
- Processing (awaiting fulfilment)
- Dispatch (shipped)
- Delivery
Order processing and dispatch
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days from our Melbourne warehouse.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery timeframes
Delivery timeframes depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location.
Timeframes below apply after your order has been dispatched:
Standard shipping
- Metro (VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, ACT, TAS): 2–5 business days
- Metro (WA, NT): 4–5 business days
- Regional & remote: 3–11 business days
Express shipping
- Metro (VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, ACT, TAS): 1–3 business days
- Metro (WA, NT): 3–4 business days
- Regional & remote: 2–8 business days
Same-day delivery (Melbourne only)
Eligible orders placed before 4:00 pm AEST are delivered the same day between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm.
When will I get tracking information?
You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, your order is likely still being processed.
Important information
- Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our delivery partners
- Business days do not include weekends or Victorian public holidays
- Delays may occur during peak sale periods or public holidays
- Orders containing out-of-stock items may experience dispatch delays until all items are available
- Delivery timeframes begin after dispatch, not when the order is placed
