In most cases, orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from our Melbourne warehouse.
However, during certain periods or order conditions, dispatch may take longer than usual.
High order volumes (sale periods)
During major sales or peak shopping periods, we experience a high volume of orders.
This may result in longer processing and dispatch times.
We regularly update our Shipping & Delivery page with the most accurate and up-to-date dispatch timeframes during these periods.
Out of stock or promotional items
Your order may be delayed if an item is temporarily out of stock or if a gift with purchase or promotional item has become oversold.
In these cases, your order may be held until the item becomes available or a resolution is confirmed.
What happens if your order is affected?
If your order is impacted by delays due to an oversold item, our Customer Service team will:
- Contact you directly
- Let you know what is causing the delay
- Provide options where available
When will my order be dispatched?
Once all items in your order are available and ready to ship, it will be dispatched within our standard timeframe of 1–2 business days (outside of peak periods).
