If you’re unable to track your order, it’s usually because your order has not yet been dispatched.
Your order is still being processed
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days from our Melbourne warehouse.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link.
If you have not received this email yet, your order is most likely still being prepared for dispatch.
Tracking becomes available after dispatch
Tracking information is only activated once your order has been collected by our delivery partner.
At that point, you will be able to:
- View your tracking updates
- See estimated delivery progress
- Follow your parcel
You may have missed the shipping confirmation email
If your order has been dispatched but you still can’t track it, please check:
- Your inbox (including spam or junk folders)
- That the correct email address was used at checkout
Peak periods and delays
During sale periods or public holidays, dispatch may take slightly longer than usual due to high order volumes.
