If you're not home when your parcel is delivered, that's okay.
All of our parcels are sent with Authority to Leave, which means the delivery driver has permission to leave your parcel without a signature if they determine there is a safe place to do so.
If the driver believes it's safe, your parcel will be left in a secure location at your delivery address.
What if my parcel can't be left safely?
If the driver determines there isn't a safe place to leave your parcel, they won't leave it unattended.
Instead, they may:
- Redirect your parcel to a nearby post office, depot or Collection Point for collection
- Attempt delivery again (depending on the delivery carrier)
The action taken will depend on the carrier's delivery process.
How will I know where my parcel is?
Your tracking information will be updated with the latest delivery status and any next steps.
You may see statuses such as:
- Delivered
- Awaiting collection
- Delivery attempted
- Return to sender
If your parcel has been redirected for collection, your tracking will advise where it can be collected.
What should I do?
Check your tracking for the latest updates and follow any collection instructions provided by the delivery carrier.
If your parcel is awaiting collection, be sure to collect it within the timeframe advised by the carrier to avoid it being returned to us.
