We offer 130-day returns on eligible items if you've changed your mind.
Change of mind returns
You can return your item within 130 days of purchase, provided it is:
- Unopened and unused.
- In its original packaging.
Change of mind returns are submitted through our Refundid returns portal, where you can choose between:
- Instant Refund (eligible customers only).
- Standard Return.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs apply for change of mind returns and will be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds are processed to your nominated bank account if you choose Instant Refund, or to your original payment method if you choose a Standard Return.
- If your order included a Gift With Purchase (GWP), it must also be returned. If it isn't returned, your refund may be reduced or declined.
- If your order was part of a Buy 2 Get 1 FREE promotion, the free item must also be returned.
- Clearance items, gift cards, intimate wellness devices and oral care products are not eligible for change of mind returns.
Faulty items
If you believe your item is faulty, please submit your claim through our Refundid returns portal.
You'll be asked to:
- Upload photos showing the fault.
- Provide a description of the issue.
Our team will review the information and contact you with the next steps.
Please don't dispose of the item until we've had the opportunity to assess your claim.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrived damaged, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible and include photos of the damage.
Reporting damage within 7 days helps us investigate with our delivery partners more quickly, but this does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Please keep the item until we've had a chance to review your claim.
Received the wrong item
If you received an item that you didn't order, please contact our Customer Service team so we can arrange the best resolution for you.
