How does Instant Refund work?

When submitting an eligible return through our Refundid returns portal, you may have the option to choose an Instant Refund.

Instant Refund is currently available for Australian customers only and allows your refund to be paid to your nominated Australian bank account before your return has been received and processed.

How it works

1. Submit your return through the Refundid portal.
2. Select Instant Refund (if eligible).
3. Verify your identity by uploading a valid photo ID.
4. Enter your nominated BSB and account details.
5. Receive your refund instantly to your nominated bank account.
6. Send your return items back to us.

Once your Instant Refund has been issued, you have 7 days to lodge your return. If your return is not sent within this timeframe, Refundid may reverse the refund amount.

Don't want to upload your ID?

No problem. If you'd prefer not to complete identity verification, you can choose the Standard Return option instead.

With a Standard Return, your refund will be processed once your returned item has been received and inspected.

Please note that Instant Refund eligibility is determined by Refundid and may not be available for every return.
