Change of mind or ordered the incorrect item
For change of mind returns or if you ordered the wrong item, return shipping is not covered by Adore Beauty.
The return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items received
If you have received a faulty item, an item damaged in transit, or an incorrect item due to an error with your order, please contact our Customer Service team before returning your item.
