When will I receive my refund?

The timeframe for your refund depends on whether you selected an Instant Refund or a Standard Return.

Instant Refund

If you choose an Instant Refund through Refundid and your return is eligible, your refund is typically paid to your nominated bank account within 60 seconds once your identity verification and refund request have been completed.

Please remember you will still need to send your return back to us within the required timeframe.

Standard Return

For a Standard Return, your refund will be processed once your return has arrived back at our warehouse and has been received.

Please allow 7–10 business days from the date your return is received at our warehouse for your refund to be processed.

We always aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, and your refund may be completed sooner.

Once your refund has been processed, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
