130-Day Returns
Sometimes it just doesn’t work out, and that’s okay! If you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return your product to us within 130 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Gift cards/vouchers cannot be returned and are not redeemable for cash unless faulty.
- Shipping on Refundid returns is at the cost of the customer and will be deducted from the refund.
- Items bought on sale or with a discount code will be refunded at the price paid after the discount.
- Refunds will be applied to the original payment method used.
Reasons for Return
1. Change of Mind
If you change your mind about your purchase, we’re happy to accept your return, provided the following:
- The item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- If the purchase included a Gift with Purchase (GWP), the gift must be returned along with the purchased item. If the gift is not returned, your refund may be reversed or denied upon inspection, and the items will be sent back to you.
- Intimate wellness devices, and oral care items cannot be returned for a change of mind due to hygiene purposes.
- Return shipping for change of mind is at the customer's expense and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- Returns must be made within 130 days.
2. Returning Fragrances from The Scent Room Promise
When you buy a full-size fragrance (30ml and over) from The Scent Room (Niche Fragrance), you'll receive a matching miniature vial. Here's how it works:
- Before opening the full-size bottle, test the miniature vial.
- If you don’t love it, simply return the unopened full-size fragrance for a full refund (shipping costs will also be refunded).
- Excludes home fragrances and gift sets.
3. Damaged in Transit
If your item arrived damaged, we’re sorry! Please:
- Take a photo of the damage.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery via the Refundid portal below.
- Do not dispose of the damaged item until we’ve had a chance to assist you.
4. Incorrect Colour Match (Foundation)
If you used our Findation tool but still ended up with the wrong colour match for foundation, simply:
- Let us know the foundations you selected in the notes section when you contact us.
- We’ll review your selection and guide you through the return.
5. Received Incorrect Item
If you received the wrong item(s), we’re here to assist you!
- You can return the incorrect item(s) free of charge, and we will cover the shipping costs.
- Please submit your return via the Refundid portal, and we will promptly send you the correct item(s)
6. Faulty Item
If you’ve received a faulty item, please:
- Take a photo of the fault.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery via the Refundid portal below.
- Do not dispose of the faulty item until we've had a chance to review.
