We're sorry your order arrived damaged! We know it's disappointing to receive something that isn't in perfect condition, and we're here to help.
Please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible and send through:
- A clear photo showing the damage to the item and/or packaging.
- A description of the fault.
- Your preferred outcome where possible (for example, if you'd like to keep the rest of your order but one item has been damaged).
Once we have this information, we'll review the issue and let you know the best next steps.
If your item contains glass or has been damaged in a way that could be unsafe (for example, broken glass), please take a photo of the damage first so we can understand what has happened. Once you've taken a photo, please dispose of the unsafe item if needed to prevent injury.
Where possible, please keep the damaged item and packaging until we've had a chance to review your request.
Reporting issues within 7 days of delivery helps us investigate quickly, but this does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
