Why hasn't my order been dispatched?
Orders placed during this period may experience a temporary 1–3 business day dispatch delay while we complete our warehouse move.
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, it's most likely still being prepared by our warehouse team. There's no need to contact us just yet. We're working hard to get every order on its way as quickly as possible.
As soon as your order has been packed and dispatched, you'll receive a "Order # has been shipped" email with your tracking details.
Do I need to do anything?
No. Your order is in our dispatch queue and will be shipped as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience while we complete this transition.
