As we transition to our upgraded facility, orders placed from 7 July may experience temporary dispatch delays while our warehouse team works through the changeover.
Our team is working hard to process orders as quickly as possible, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
When will my order be dispatched?
If your order has not been dispatched yet, it is likely still being prepared by our warehouse team.
At this stage, we’re unable to provide an exact dispatch timeframe for individual orders. Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
Do I need to contact Customer Care?
There’s no need to contact us for a dispatch update while your order is within this transition period. Our warehouse team is actively working through orders, and your next update will be your shipping confirmation once your order has left our warehouse.
