We recently moved to a new warehouse so we can better serve our customers. During this transition, our operations experienced a temporary delay as our team worked through the warehouse move and settled into our new facility.
Orders placed between 8 July and 10 July 2026 may take a little longer than usual to leave our warehouse, with dispatch times temporarily impacted by approximately 1–3 business days.
We are now operating from our new warehouse, and our team is working hard to dispatch all outstanding orders as quickly as possible.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed during the warehouse transition period are being processed in the order they were received.
- Orders placed on Wednesday 8 July and Thursday 9 July are expected to begin dispatching from Monday 13 July onwards.
- Orders placed on Friday 10 July and over the weekend are expected to begin dispatching around Tuesday 14 July to Wednesday 15 July.
These timeframes are estimates, and our team is working as quickly as possible to get your order on its way.
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you’ll receive an “Order # has been shipped” email with your tracking details.
Do I need to do anything?
No. Your order is already in our dispatch queue and our warehouse team is working through orders as quickly as possible.
